We were told, at the start, that they do, and that they may, at some point, post some stuff on the forums, but, to this day, I haven't seen any evidence of either.

they should pay a worker to work on this website 2 or 3 days a week, maybe the admins could arrange something ...

The fact that you have PES fans posting here on a regular basis, all begging for minor changes to the game to dramatically increase their playing experience, yet these things never get fixed kinda speaks for Konami and their apparent presence here.

I tried contacting Konami directly once actually - possibly the rudest and most unhelpful customer support I've ever experienced.

Hey guys,

When i was lucky to play test PES2013 and I met Jon Murphy, they were saying they moniter all the PES WEBsites..

I know they have a guy who's job is to deal with the online social media side of things but to what extent I cant tell you because I dont know.

I believe if they had someone full on going through the forums, they would obtain some valible information/ ideas etc.

Remember there are new UK jobs for konami PES which could mean closer communications between the public forums and the development team itself.

Regarding the poor customer service you recieved, just like any company you have to sometimes see past the rude junior whos probably on work experience because there only part of the filter system from the top.

People at the top are usually pompus idiots or surprisingly general down to earth guys as I found with the team I met.

lexandro has stepped out of the darkness into slightly less darkness

Only Konami could be 10+ years out of date. Over 10 years ago pes players asked for an official konami PES forum so they could get support for issues and give feedback to the dev team.

The fact that even now the game is released and they still dont have a forum up shows you just how out of touch Konami management is with the real world. Hell go see the Konami presentation by its CEO no less at irc PAX for a dancing game. The guy turns up with a jap-pop hairdoo and in shortpants and a t-shirt to jump around on stage like a moron for 10 mins playing............a dancing game.

Thats the norm for Konami, dumb as shit from the top down.

next gen is a joke , they release games half finished and patch later , half of the bugs are never fixed and some follow into the next game

konami has your money so they don't care now and ea are the same if not worse .

Gtks is on a bad road

Actually they do have a forum in konami Europe

http://uk.games.konami-europe.com/community.do

Their forum is like Disneyland absolutely no negative comments, tournament announcements with 1000 euros if you buy a dvd from a site the admins can add you to the tournament manually! They can also open 1 account for 2 different copies! Pols to vote what to improved.

Well the Americans in here have a different option about the freedom of expression and they learn not to eat jackshaft for breakfast, I suspect they came here but after viewing the comments didn’t dare to make announcements! I also suspect they will delay the American forum like forever?

We are better in here independent who needs them.
