Wink Findings... Roll this game back to the ps2 playability

Okay....

Remember on the PS2, if you went 3-0 up by half-time, the opposition would come out as a 3-4-3 formation? Okay, you were bombarded with shots and crosses, but... You could break quickly often leaving their defence for dead and slotting home. Ahhhh, I loved those situations. But in the version on the xbox360, I just found the opposition bland and not switching to an attacking formation to try and claw back a goal............ Until now!!!!!!

Go to any team in the EDIT screen, select GAME PLAN and then select PRESET TACTICS 2, change the formation to 3-2-2-3, All Out Attack.

Then play against this team in a friendly, bang in a couple of goals and watch the little fuckers come at you!!! But leaving massive gaps at the back.... Ahhhh just like the old days on the ps2.

Unfortunately you will have to spend a lot of time changing every poxy team's Preset Tactic 2. But it is so worth it!!!

Also, I play with xbox tv settings of 420p and an aspect of 4:3, but I adjust my hd tv screen setting to stretch. For me it's my favourite way to play the game.

I hope this info brings as much fun to others as it has to me.

Why would you go All-out attack every match you play. Thats just weak and messes up your team style. If you play All out attack and the other team is playing it it'd be stupid so I would play All-out defense

That's not what I'm saying...
Your team and the opposition start off playing their normal game. But when time runs down, the opposition will switch to a more attacking preset tactic. Which is Preset Tactic 2... a 3-2-2-3 all out attack... Surely this is more realistic than the opposition sticking with the standard formation when they're losing!? Am I wrong?

What I am saying here is.... Nearly every team won't have an attacking preset tactic. Meaning they'll never really come at you even when they're losing.

By changing all teams' preset tactic 2, to All Out Attack 3-2-2-3, means teams have this option if they're losing. Creating a more exciting game!

It makes alot of sense. I am going to try it out. The AI kep on with their defensive play doing absolutly nothing the whole game. I have Barca stats of 99.99 % of the games I play. Thanks

I found out what you're trying to say but I find the CPU way too attacking anyway so I'll just vary it. It will be an arcade game if every team attacks as it already is too attacking. Anyway, tactics have hardly any input on how the CPU play

I find when playing against the computer on top player they change tactics regularly, if they take the lead they switch to a more defensive option, if they need a goal they push more men forward. Being attacking doesnt mean just throwing on strikers, means midfielders and getting posesion aswell. One thing that annoys me is the pre set subs, no matter what teams make the same subs, Keita always winds up front when i play against Barca and they take messi off after 60 mins if they are winning... I would like more tactics, if the computer actually thought about how to beat you.
