How i can make the red flashing arrows on the master league offline?

i am spanish writting in english, i need help or information about the red flashing arrows in the master league offline and the dramatic improvement. How i can make it? Sometimes i have got in random players. How I can do it in certain players?

Its all random, whenever the game feels like it. As long as the player is between the ages of 15 - 23/24 and has the 'still developing' status it can happen any time in their career.

I don't think consistent strong performances lead to it ether, thats more to do with the players team role (Protégée, Supersater, General etc). Sometimes you'll see messages from your coach like "Player X is showing great promise, you should give him more game time" and this could potentially lead to 'the red flashing arrow' but from my experience its still all random.

yes, thanks , i play pes since iss pro 98, but this new form of develop is a mistery. There aren't any place that explain it, i know all the roles, and the still developing, and some players with the "at peak level" increase the stats and do the flashing arrow and continue develop. I use and know all the tools an edit my stadium pack for me, faces, etc in my personal pte patch, but this year there isn't a master league editor similar to pes 2013 master league editor, that if it was good.

Does anyone know if it's always the same amount of time the flashing red arrow lasts for? ie is it 'x number of games' or 'x number of weeks'? I tend to play a player as much as possible during his flourish, resting him as little as possible.

In my experience its about 6-8 games, it doesn't go by weeks because I've had a player begin to 'flourish' at the end of the season and it carried on all the way through the summer into the start of the following season (obviously their OR didn't increase at this time because no games were played). I used to play a 'flourishing' player in every minute of every game but then they would get injured and only increase another 1 or 2 OR. Now i manage their minutes, always start them, but try to score 2/3 goals with 'player x' as quickly as possible then sub them around 65-70mins.

Totti has recently 'flourished' for me and went up +6 OR, from 84 to 90, the most I've had so far.

after 6 or 7 or 8 matches doing 4 goals with kante and paco alcacer, NO arrow red flashing, i am making tests on the 1st season with 35% training bonus.

Just saw this, and in fact I was on it. Not because you mentioned it, I just happened to take notice of how this was going lately.

Last three flourishes were Helton, Bruno Alves and Emídio Rafael.

Helton: flourished just as he arrived in the team. Makes no sense. Lasted 5/6 games, improved his overall by 2. Every GK stat increased by 2/3.

Bruno Alves: flourished after 1 year in the team. Lasted a mere 3 games, improved just 1 point. This was a odd one. Training him on Defence, Defensive Prowess and Tackling increased by some 3 points, Physical as well, but his OVR didn't change much. Then he went up by two points after a months or so. I guess he just was on the verge of increasing but didn't pass the line.

Emídio Rafael: my current youth star. Glowing arrow after 2 years and he is a Protégé, so I do play him more than expected. Developing like mad, but steadily. Glowing arrow for at least 9 games now, but just hit the European Qualifiers and he didn't make the team. Improved at least 5 points in OVR. Improvements mainly in Dribbling, Speed and Passing.

Helton played every game of is flourish, Bruno Alves as well, Emídio maybe 85/90%.

What did you train him on? My GK (Donnarumma) is currently going through a flourish. Are 'Defending' and 'Physical' the best options for GKs?

I find that the only thing that helps a GK save more shots is the goalkeeping related stats. As we have noticed, these are increased with the Defence training. And if you notice the spider graph for GKs, on the DEF area, shoes the goalkeeping stats and not the Defensive Prowess/Tackling as with outfield players.

Jump, Body Balance etc, while may increase their OVR, doesn't seem to have much influence. I mean, how may goals have you conceded because Donnarumma didn't jump high enough or was tackled down?

Regen Ribery has recently flourished for me so I thought I would record each game and see if performance while flourishing had anything to do with the amount of time it lasted for.

It was going well until the CPU decided to fuck me over and injure him in training

Ribery Development

Game 1
8.0 match rating - 2 goals

Game 2
8.0 match rating - 2 goals

Game 3
9.0 match rating - 3 goals 1 assist

Game 4
7.5 match rating - 1 goal

Game 5
8.0 match rating - 2 goals

Game 6
8.0 match rating - 1 goal 1 assist

Game 7
8.5 match rating - 2 goals 1 assist

Game 8
Injured in training - Out for 2 weeks

Game 9 & 10 - Injured
*while he was injured a small number of his stats still increased after each game.

Game 11
Returned from injury but flourish had ended.

Overall Rating increased (+4) in this time.

Start 89 OR
Finish 93 OR

I'm sure if he hadn't got injured in training he could have increased +5 OR, maybe even +6 with missing out on 2 extra games.

It looks like that performance does affect the length of the flourish then, with consistently high match ratings and MoM performances extending the time of the flashing arrow...

...or knowing Konami, its all just random

lol wut? I had players with 7 assists in one game, 6 goals, 5 assists, you name it, they never give me over 8.5 in rating. Also, regardless of the player, getting an assists warrants a 6.5, scoring a goal warrants a 7.0, even if they played like shit.

I'm not sure match rating has a major impact. I've had GKs that have had a 8/9 game flourish, and they rarely get high ratings.
