We have multiple levels you can buy. We were at level 3, with everything except HBO (but AMC, TMC, FX all that stuff included). We get showtime and cinemax at this price as well, in addition a handful of movie channel names I forget. After that, you begin to add channels one by one such as HBO for $16 per month (I believe but I didn't make the purchase), and a few odd movie channels- some I don't remember by name, odd sports channels like FoxSoccer+, spanish version of BEin. And we do have pay per view events like boxing, concerts. And of course, on -demand tv shows, some free movies, and pay on demand for most new movies

Are there a lot of TV shows on Cinemax? The only one I know of is Banshee.

Back to True Blood, I think when you've made it to season 6 of a show, you might as well stick with it to the end (that can't be more than 1 or 2 seasons can it??). It's not one that I really look forward to every week, but it's still watchable, if very daft. The Bill storyline has potential, as does the Warlow one.
Werewolves can sod off, their storyline is crap. They're not even proper werewolves! Just shape shifters that can only turn into one animal!
Not sure about the Andy Belfour story. How often have we seen the "kids age quicker than usual" type storyline in TV shows/films?
