What causes you to be fired in ML Challenge?

I'm curious because I'm 19th in the table with Liverpool, bottom of my champions league group & out of the fa cup in the 3rd round lol. I'm on Top player, full manual & my owners trust is at a healthy 0%. Despite that I'm enjoying the game so much more than I was on Superstar which is absolutely impossible as a Full manual player.

I doubt I'll be getting much feedback because there doesn't seem to be a lot of action on this sub forum but I'm throwing it out there regardless

What are your goals for the season? You have to meet those goals. I would have fired you already.

The only goal I've been given is to reach the knockout stage of the Champions League which is now impossible. If its now a guarantee that I'll be fired then I'd rather start a new master league now.

So if you fail the objective is that a guarantee firing?. What about if you were to fail it but finish in the top 4 or maybe win the FA cup, what happens then?. I don't want to play as any other team thats why I'm curious. These are questions that need clarification.

I just need some clarification for everything I've said above. If you fail your objective is it a guaranteed sacking?. What about if you fail but do well in the league or a cup for instance?. What percentage of owners trust is considered the "safe" zone?. If it's low is it a guaranteed sacking?. Can't find answers to these questions anywhere...

Right I've just tested a few things by simming, here's what happened. It seems ur guaranteed to be sacked by the transfer window if ur owners trust is really low (mine was 0%).

However, I discovered that u can toggle challenge mode back to classic mode in the settings. Upon this discovery & switching to classic mode mid season, I was given a reprieve. I then further tested it by simming until the end of a season. By simming I finished with my owners trust at 24% & my club won the FA cup. The owners subsequently offered me a new contract as a result (despite the owners trust being at 24%).

And ya know what's more interestin?. I switched to challenge mode just before the final game of the season & I still wasn't sacked!. That's despite failing my primary objective of reaching the CL knockouts. So yeah, just a heads up as I'm sure there's people who are curious like I was

I got Parma promoted to Serie A, my goals for the season were to finish in the top 9. (surely avoid being relegated would have been fair

) i finished 14th and was immediately fired. I'm not even bitter about it honest.

Here's some feedback for you.

PES 2019 will be much different. You won't have unrealistic expectations from owners.

For example, if I choose Millwall, and I'm expected to finish top 9 in my first year, I'm sure to get fired.

PES 2019 won't be like that.

I am in mid-December with ManUtd, 17th in the league, Owner trust is between 0% and 1% for a couple months now and I have not been sacked yet.
Out of Champions League (3rd place), but still in the Cup.
