Fps down, lag pes 2020

Good guys
I have Pes 2020 for pc, it's very cool, but I have the requirements above the recommended, and the fps are always going down, even everything at the very least.
Does anyone have a solution?

I've had a lag issue since pes 18, keeps getting worse even offline there's lag no-one seems to have an answer for it, all my other games are fine any help will be gr8 really frustrating. On ps4.
