I got PES 2017 around its release and have played a few hundred games since (mostly on Professional) but only ONCE have I gotten a penalty. That time I made a spinmove in the penaltybox. This seems very unrealistic compared to how often penalties are awarded in real games. Is it really almost impossible in PES 2017 or am I supposed to do something specific?

I have been on the end of a few heavy 'challenges' in the box but have never won a penalty, only played about 150 games though
