Yep... but only away from home until now. I tell yeah, when Ngog came on today, he was like the Henry of the Championship! Almost makes up for how shit he's been for the rest of this season. He had a perfectly fine goal disallowed, won a penalty AND got sent off. Talk about eventful!

Was Michael Keane any good and did he get injured badly? I'd ask about Lingard too but he only got about 5 minutes at the end.

Didn't actually know he was injured.

Some have said he was but I didn't see anything confirmed. However, a centre-back being subbed after 57 minutes when the game is still 0-0 would suggest he got a knock since he was replaced by another defender. I hope Keane and Lingard can get some games as they have the potential to be very good players.

Robbie Brady has also gone out on loan to Hull again which could possibly be where he ends up permanently. He'll be 21 in January and he's only been given one League Cup game for the first team so he could end up joining the other ex-Man Utd youth players James Chester, Paul McShane, Corry Evans, Alex Bruce, Joe Dudgeon and Cameron Stewart. Hull and Leicester seem to be taking on a lot of our youngsters these days.

@Phatmann

Do you reckon SAF will send another couple of players out on loan to the Championship? Powell would be the prime candidate. I'm sure plenty of clubs will be interested, and he's good enough to get 1st team football in this division.

It seems that he had sorted it so a load all went out on loan in one go: Brady to Hull, Lingard and Keane to Leicester and McGinty to Carlisle so I wouldn't expect to see any more until mid to late January. They are all one month loans initially apart from Brady who will stay at Hull until the end of the season.

There are plenty of players who look to be in need of a loan, e.g. King, Macheda, Bebe, Tunnicliffe and perhaps Henriquez. Powell is tricky to call as the manager clearly thinks highly of him and may want him to stay with us for this year. I could see him getting a season long loan at a top end Championship side next year but the fact is that unlike our other youth players he has a decent amount of first team experience already. When Jesse Lingard came on last night, that was his first ever professional appearance whereas Powell played 64 times for Crewe before joining us.
