Problem on the first loading screen

Hy !

So I have Pro Evolution Soccer 2010..Before I played it on Windows XP, and it was running with no problems..I installed Windows 7 Ultimate 32 Bit, and now my PES block on the very first loading screen, the one with the stars in lower left corner..So the starts keep to blink, but nothing happens, I could leave it for hours and nothing would happen..I set the PES2010.exe launch file to work in Compatibility mode (Windows XP - Service Pack 2)...Recently I installed the 1.03 Patch and overwritted the old crack with 1.03 crack..but I didn't previously install the patches 1.01 and 1.02, so I'm not sure if the 1.03 patch took effect..however, the patch is not the problem, but the first loading screen and the game stucking there...

I'm struggling with that problem for months, and I can't play PES 2010 for long time.

I would appreciate your help very much.

Thank You
