Champions League Prediction League
Due to popular demand , I've decided to organise another prediction league.

PLEASE READ before predicting...

Rules:
This competition is open to all PESI members. Simply post your predictions for each round of the competition in this thread.

Remember, one of the key things you must do if you want to be successful is to enter every round!

If you wish to change one of your predictions after posting it, please post to inform me of your alteration otherwise your new prediction will not be taken into account. This must be before the deadline of course.

Any attempts of cheating (editing posts after deadline), will result in disqualification. There will be no getting away with it as it will be clear to see if you have.

I've decided to adopt a slightly different scoring system to the Euro 2004 comp.

Scoring:

Correct result = 1pt
Correct result and goal diference = 2pts
Exact scoreline = 3pts
Incorrect result = -1pt
----

This is the same scoring system as the Premiership IKTS prediction league, as those of you are taking part in it will know.

In addition to this, you may place a 'Banker' on one of the fixtures. This banker will double your score for that particular match. e.g. if you score 2 pts from a game, your score will be doubled to 4 pts. But if you incorrectly predict a match that you have placed your banker on, your score of -1 will be doubled to -2 points! So it works both ways.

To place your banker, simply type BANKER or B next to the relevant fixture.

Example: Actual Result: Arsenal 2-0 PSV

Arsenal 1-0 PSV would score 1 point.
Arsenal 3-1 PSV would score 2 points.
Arsenal 2-0 PSV would score 3 points.
Arsenal 0-1 PSV would score -1 points

^ Remember, these scores will be doubled if you have placed your banker on it. ^

I think id like 2 join aswell, but goin by the title i take it all the contestants r ranked in a league but wot does the winner receive? sorry 4 being so thick but ive neva checked out a prediction league on this forum so i'm not sure of all the rules yet.
