Become a legend suggestion 2:
a)Milestone/Achievement tracking:

Why not use real life records that you can break when you use your BAL player.
E.G. Most goals scored in a career = 501 (Cristiano Ronaldo)
Have the commentators comment on this when you near breaking the record.
It would make the experience more realistic and satisfying.

Other records like:
Most goals in a season
Most assists
Most clean sheets
Most goals/assists in least amount of matches played.
Most goals/assists in a tournament (like champs league)

Most awards won

You could even extend theses records to Master league for coaching/management statistics, etc.

Master League suggestion 1:

a) New kit each season:
At the end of each season, is it possible to randomize the kit design so that with each new season your team plays in a new kit.
For me personally, it wont matter if the kit does not match the "real-life" new design as long as it can maintain the logos and kit sponsor logos (if you have applied a patch), and colors etc.
Would really be cool if you finished a season and the game randomized a new kit for you with the same logos and colors, just different design.
For instance, kits with V necks become kits with a collar etc.

b) Give Credit where credit is due:
This idea is very similar to the milestone/achievement tracking.
When your team finishes a season unbeaten, have the commentator comment on this when you win the tournament or league.
It would be nice to win the league unbeaten and have a special mention when the cut scenes are playing of you holding the trophy or doing the "victory lap"
They could also comment on other achievements like most goals/assists, least goals conceded.
They could even mention treble wins and other achievements like winning the double over a rival team in a season.
Or clubs to win the most League cups etc.
Even if the commentators don't mention it, it would be nice if the game acknowledged it in the news feeds on the menu screen or something.

Just some ideas.
Those are some of the best gameplay ideas I've seen so far, I don't know why it isn't in the game. (specially, the milestone/achievement tracking)

Here´s an idea...


It´s called DDA (dynamic difficulty adjustment)
Basically, if you´re doing too well, like winning 2-0, your players will become slower and passing will be awful. You´ll concede more fouls and probably hit the post. The opponent´s goalie will become Neuer on GOD MODE. Until you will concede from a conrer probably.

Of course, this works the other way around, you may not notice it, but the game may be handicaping opponent´s players as well, if he is winning 2-0. And he isn´t only playing against you, he is playing against you and the scripting from AI that wants him to lose balls until you concede.

This also happens if you have a winning streak. By this, if you won, say, 3 games in a row, the 4th one is gonna be hell, no matter how good the other player is or isn´t. If you win 5 games ina row, then you´re be experiencing all sorts of broken gameplay, and if you win, You probably won´t score more than once. And so on until of course you lose. Then suddendly, game will return to normal, you´ll feel how your players are fast again and you can win again 2-0.

This also happens the other way, when you´ve lost 2, 3 or 4 games in a row.

EA´s scritping is even worse than Konami´s. It´s something that shouldn´t happen in pvp game modes, where the "BEST MAN SHOULD WIN"...not really in gaming. By doing this, developers think that they make the games "close" and therefore, "more exciting", but I see it more as "help the worse guy so he doesn´t feel bad and keeps buying coins for MyClub, and of course, so he buys FIFA/PES next year.

I discovered SCRIPTING HANDICAP MOMENTUM (DDA) in fifa 13. I stopped playing football videogames until PES 17, because someone told me you couldn´t feel the scripting.
TRUTH is, the more you play, the better you become, the easier it is to notice it. Specially for FULL MANUAL PLAYERS who tend to have a bit more awareness of gameplay mechanics.

I´m not buying PES 18 until I have public annoucement and players feedback that SCRIPTING (DDA) is no longer a part of pvp game modes.

I hope Konami improve:

- Commentary
- Live Updates -> More frequently transfers
- Licences

And also I hope that they get ready to change game engine in future. Maybe unreal engine 4 would be good.

I hope, that Konami updates animations little bit. Usually, when players are contacted together (tackle, slide tackle, players impact each other etc) it looks very lame and loose. Like there wasn't contact.

Hello. I started playing Pro Evolution Soccer game series, in autumn 2015, when I wanted to playing football game, but I wans't sure, if FIFA 16 right for me. I found PES 16 from PlayStation Store sale and bought it. I downloaded kits and installed it and I was amazed about this great football game. Since that I bought Pro Evolution Soccer games every year. Its time to do some ideas or thing I wanted to improve or fixed.

1. Commentary

Commentary is maybe the weakest point of game. I don't know, but it doesn't sound television broadcast. Maybe one thing, which make commentary more fresh is, that commentaries talk about players and they're real life playing. Example when next PES game coming autumn 2018, I want hear something about player success in World Cup. Also those commentaries need more lines for Play Now mode. I hear lots of same lines.

One thing, which EA done good in NHL and NFL series was they made big commentary update in 2014 and 2016. There is interesting lines: "I talked with him today and he said, that..."

2. Live updates

It would be better, if transfers in rosters coming to game faster than now. Example most important situation: January Transfer Window, when tranfer confirmed, then Live Update for roster. Also hope, that fix that Live Update doesn't broke Option Files.

3. Lincences

I hope, that in future we got more good licences or licensed leagues. Also hope, that Konami can keep Europe League and Champions League licenses. Is there in future possible to get Fifa World Cup license? Also I am finnish player so it would be nice to see Veikkausliiga or some teams from that league. In PES 16 there was HJK.

4. Animations

Game animations are very good, but need fixing little bit. In situation, where two players are connected (tackle, slide tackle, impacts) those hits look very loose.
Also I hope more animations for matchs. Maybe you can put options, that how many animations you wanted see: min, med, full. I like these game animations.

5. Gameplay

Pro Evolution Soccer have very good AI system, but sometimes, there is problems with AI, like autumn, before datapack 2. I would be better if we have some sliders, where we can improve our experience, before official patch.

6. Sound design

Pro Evolution Soccer includes one of best atmosphere in football games, but there is space to improve. Now, when Konami has been get more new lincences and they're released new datapack, where we get new licenced team and they're stadium we can hear lots more detailed sound atmosphere.

I hope, that Konami can do same for other licenced teams. I know, that its big job, but that sound atmosphere is very important, when we want to do immersion, that there is real game going on. Example Konami have Ligue 1 licence, so I hope, that we can get more accurate stadium sounds in future. There wasn't drum, which I can hear almost every match.

7. New Game Engine

Pro Evolution Soccer start using modified Fox Engine since PES 2014, which has been released in 2013. In same year EA released Ignite game engine, which they change to DICE's delevelopped Frostbite Engine. I think, that in future there is time to change game engine. I readed lots of review, which said, that game looks good, but it start look like old. Game engine changing is very big project so its good to start research and think, what is new engine. Maybe Unreal Engine 4?

8. Edit mode

I hope, that Konami put more slots for High Resolution Option File kits. Now its 350, but 1000 slots are what we need. Hope, that Konami have some solution.
Also Stadium Editor would be nice. Best, that I can hope is same kind editor like in Tony Hawk's Pro Skater -series. Other way to do it is simply sliders, where you can choose, which kind stand you want to put there. Or just PC/Android App.

9. Few setups

Game clock wich converts all times to my time zone. Example maintenance times.

10. More game modes

Pro Evolution Soccer games includes good AI, so it would be nice if they add more game modes for single player. Example single season, would be nice. Where you don't need to think about transfers or anything like that, just play. Also for multiplayers more multiplayer modes.

11. Stadiums

I talked already lincenses and last thing, that I hope is more licenced stadiums. Konami have Ligue 1, Ligue 2 and almost full Serie A license so I hope that they can add more real laser scanned stadiums with real sound atmosphere to the game.
Here is few stadiums, which I hope you can add: Soccer City and Olympiastadion Berlin.

Thank you for Konami about great football game and I hope, that you can improve Pro Evolution Soccer 2019 for next level.

bring back the ability to import the crowd chants like previous pes games.

voice audio of players getting fired up in the tunnel before games and voice audio of players cheering/screaming celebrating goals/after winning matches and title/cup wins

commentary needs to be less repetitive with a bigger range of phrases. the current commentary team aren’t the worst when the duo are covering real life games on tv. (below is some of peter drury some epic stuff).

every couple of months have a commentry update download with new things said to keep the comments fresh.

better sound effects for ball hitting the back of the net

sort out the refs i’m in in my 3rd master league season and have only got 2 penos. they dont play the advantage rule very well either. way more free kicks need to be given

coin toss before kick off to decide who kicks off first, choice to switch ends. liverpool always shooting into the kop first half not realistic for example

different ref personalities strict/fair/lenient keeps cards in pocket or keeps dishing them out type style officials

make long balls a bit more effective and realistic very hit and miss at times

snow weather effect, frosted pitch effect

different pitch sizes small/medium/large. in real life not all pitches are the same size. need to adapt playing style to suit pitch size. less/more space effects how games are approached

quicker keeper distribution their too slow to release the ball at times slowing down possible counter attacks, maybe add use of sprint button when keepers have the ball in their hands.

bring back the hand ball it happens in games so it should play some part. option setting to be turned on/off

more slots to create teams

make more room for the kits so every single team can be edited to have the correct one same goes for the teams crests enough spaces for every team is needed

the ability to create your own set pieces would be great and add depth to the gameplay

the abilty to edit the apperance of every teams manager, what they wear hat,glasses,tracksuit,suit,
long coat,club color scarf etc

ability to edit ref/lines men apperances names (la liga/premier league real refs)

more crowd chants for each club

tattoos to be added to created players even use of generic sleeve types even similar to fight night/wwe games

edit how trophies look, in the master league it doesn’t show players celebrating title wins with the trophy unless it’s a uefa licensed cup

realistic transfers in my game have seen some really silly ones this year (Gabbiadini to real madrid was one to name a few) arsenal sold most their team in the first window too.

is it just me or do your ever get when your playing a big club like utd/barca/real in a top of the table clash and they never seem to play their strongest teams. rivals need to play strongest 11

pre and post match conferances were you select a comment that has a + or - effect on your team

more options in transfers,the ability to pay fee over a peroid of time, sell on and buy back clauses

when a player starts the season on loan in master league they should return to what ever their club is at the end of every season at least. i played as liverpool and had to buy origi after a season instead of him returning to the club for example

youth team/reserves league tables results and stats like top scores/assists. ability to send first team players who cant get in the 1st team or returning from injury so they get some game time and be recalled upon if needed instead of having to loan out.

club take overs/new chairmen to happen in the game like in real life

clubs that are in debt or financial trouble having to sell their star players

option for club board requests more money for players etc

unhappy players request a move to another club

make the news section a bit more lively add videos of goals scored or highlights of rival clubs games

have score flashes of other games during your matches knowing rival teams are winning could put you under a bit of pressure. league table at kickoff.

more realisic short and long long term injuries.

top players showing no loyality to your club and seeking big money moves to top clubs.

show the actual cup competion draws to add a bit of drama.

abilty to promote youth team players to the 1st team then back down to the reserves.

every club have their real youth team players

get rid of the reborn players

add another domestic cup to each league most countries have at 2 of them

ability to single out players for special praise or give out about it then has a + or - affect on player

league badge logo change on jersey sleeve for promoted and relegated clubs at start of each season. no more teams playing in premier league with championship logo for example

show players celebrating lifting actual league trophy or cups when they are won

the cut scenes look amazing but a bit more could be done to add to the game experience.

fans leaving the stadium early if team is losing badly, leaving empty seats behind them

players stretched off or treated on the pitch/beside pitch for injuries. return with bandages/straps etc

better and more realisic animations for the keepers dives
for shots into top/bottom corners current animations can make a really good goal look bad because of how keeper dives

bring back the old nets like the box type ones on the ps2 or have different styles premier league, Italian, south American nets that are deeper and further back etc

goal celebrations from fans, manager on touchline, players on bench, players running to manager

have the real players on the bench warming and warming up on touch line

shots of fans showing their anger at your team letting in a late goal

the playing styles are too much limited to some positions which sometimes makes so sense cause if a player is a playmaker type player then he will play like that in what ever position you play him so I found out a suggestion to fix that thing by introducing workrate stats of a player when he is playing out of his playing style position.

for example I have M.Gotze in my team who is creative playmaker but plays at AMF. when I play him at RWF or LWF he does his passing at stay at high of the field and don't chase back much but when I play in at AMF the playstyle don't activate and he drops into the defense and starts to clear crosses which most time goes wrong cause of course he is short and has not heading attributes at all.

so I propose some tweaks in the playing style positions, I would "x" the position i added as a suggesting for that playing style

Poacher: CF,

Dummy Runner: CF, SS, AMF

Advance Striker: CF, SS

Post Player: CF

Creative Playmaker: RWF, SS, LWF, "AMF"

Prolific Winger: RWF, LWF

Classic No. 10: CMF, AMF, SS

Hole Player: CMF, RMF, LMF, AMF

Box to Box: CMF, RMF, LMF, AMF, "DMF"

The Destroyer: CMF, DMF

Anchor Man: DMF, "CB"

Build up: RB, LB, DMF, CB

but if you play a player out of the playing style zone the playing style don't activate then the player just do what a player should do in that position but that's not the casein real life like the example i gave about Mario gotze. some player are attacking minded and they never chase back to def dosn't matter where you play him also there are some players who likes to def more than attacking even when off position and there are some player who does play like a box to box where ever you play him so that's why there should be a workrate stat for players which will activate for the player without a playing style or when he is playing out side of his playing style position, for example you know that robben can also play at RMF and he almost never chase down back even if he playes at RMF but if ou play in game him as a RMF he will chase back cause the playing style didn't activated for him

the workrate should be shown as a meter 1-3, 1means low 2 means medium and 3 means high
