pes on ps2

is it true that recent pes games are better on the ps2

im thinking of getting a cheap ps2 for my room to play pes but cant remember wich once is best

i have pes 6 and i seen pes 3 and 4 for 50p lol and iss2

but was pes 10 11 and 12 better on the pes2 then pes 3

6 and 4 are the two best ones, IMO. I also think they're better on PC though. Still awesome games on the PS2.

Tbh, all the PES's from 2008 (next-gen) and onwards have been the same on the PS2 and there aren't that big differences from PES 6. So if you want to have updated rosters, stats etc. aswell as good gameplay, just get PES 2012 on the PS2. If you worry about price, just get PES 5 or something.
