Hey DUDE’S
Can anybody explain to me the whole (text Ur vote/answer/name/etc? Bullshit? Is it just me or is everything in life looking for our money…..Exactly when was it cool to con people out of the pocket. You might not think it, but its true, its true, its Dame true (Kurt Angle), and it’s not just me and you they’re catching. These Gangster motherf*cker’s are now targeting our kids….i.e (Most kidz shows nowadays run a special magic competition were the kid can win the toy of there dreams).Ahh that’s super you may think. Right/wrong, these C*nts are after bringing the word lowlife scumbag to the next level and the funny thing about it is we’re all asleep while the lads (TV shows/ newspapers scratchcards/phone companies, Government (don’t even start me on them)) get rich off the €5 phone credit your little child has put into there mobile instead of buying there lunch/Busfare/Toys/trading cards sweets etc .Or maybe you topped them up so they could contact you incase of emergencies.Whatever…Think about this. How do they justify the min 60c to €1.50 a min crap? For what lads!!!Please God give me strength!!!!! Can anyone tell me why the fu*k anyone gives a shit who gets booted off whatever bullshit game scam they think up next. ‘I can still watch the show you say’ ‘I don’t have to vote if I don’t want to you say’ STOP!!!! if that’s your buzz then you are a sheep .Nothing more, nothing less you are what keeps them alive. WAKE UP!! and ROBOCOP-ON!!! I bet you don’t even know anyone or anybody who has won anything off these government protecting gangsters, it’s a con, stay clear of it and warn the kids. Why is it every show on TV/Radio/etc has got a text Ur vote strapped onto its back? Why does it now cost you to watch TV ….it makes me sick.

well ehh.. thats business mate.. and no ones pushin anybody onto anythin.. up2 ppl! personally i never participate in such thingz.. as i recall i tried my luck once coz i was high i think lol and i called up a radio station coz they had some easy question goin on, well i answered and the son of a beeyoch said "wrong mate! think bout it and call again!". axually i realised he was bullshittin and i was right.. coz the next caller said what i said and he told him he was right! wtf?? ah well that was a mistake what i did... well i axually called back and gave him a hard-time pissed-off attitude he'd never forget all his life

ppl..! its 8am and i havent slept yet! wtf am i talkin about? :confused:

Are you dead tight or just like a rant? I'm dead tight meself. And I hate all these Channel 5 polls for "do you think the newsreader should wear trousers tomoro. text 85555 with yes or no, and this won't make a difference at all." Then there is Big Brother. (Fill in this part yourself)
But it's not as if someone has a gun to your head saying "just text, or die" ignore them. It's revenue for the TV stations, without them we probably wouldn't get Richard and Judy, Ready Steday Cook and other classics. Wait, what am I saying? BAN THEM NOW!!!!

that man has got a point, these polls make f*ck all difference, and they do is make a noise in the ears of some t.v. exec (cha-ching) and burn a hole in our pockets!

Yep, and like I say, if I had a TV station I'd be fleecing the little blighters out of every penny I could get. So I can't say I don't agree with it, cos I would do it in the same situation. Is it only the business minded who think like this? It's all about the Benjamins, as they say in the US of A.

It seems so that there may be jelousy so here everyone would do it (me included) to make money, but no one agrees with it because they are not the ones making it. Sounds cool to me. Its there own fault if they are old enough to have a phone with credit they are old enough to do what they want with it.

right. everybody admits they'll do it...and this what makes it OK. weird. The thing is that there are so many other ways for businesses, and especially the media to con people out of their money, that this simple SMS scam is really nothing.
Wouldn't want to go into lengths here, but just consider the following products and the way they are advertised:
cosmetics
shampoos
tampons and other lady stuff
various types of so called health food and health products
diet pills
insurance policies
bank loans

the list goes on and on, in some products we are talking about outright lies that are being sold to the public, while in others the public's lack of knowledge is abused by the companies in manipulative ways.
Being a follower of the Consumer Religion (yes, there is such a thing. each and every one of us is a follower. depends how zealous you are and how aware are you to the effects of the media brainwash) takes a considerable amount of a modern person's income. Voting with SMS for the best piece of crap is just a sub culture of that religion - wanting to get close to the "stars". (I.E. I will influent the future of this "star" in this way or another).
