they are both great signinigs and are still very young

I thought Luis Garcia would be staying at Barca, but it will be a good signing for Liverpool. He can playing at right-hand and left-hand. I believe Xabi Alonso will be making a big impact at Premiership.

Benitez isn’t wasting any time. The team is quickly taking shape with the comings and goings. Xabi Alonso and Luis Garcia should add some much needed solidity and flair to the side. They are two excellent signings. I can’t wait to see them both in action.

Great signings although Liverpool still need at least one fast CB to complement the slower hypia/henchoz

yeah i agree f3n1xtx, we were linked with bayern's sammy kuffour, i think hes a good player although i think he would want first team football, same with luis garcia and alonso, but i dont know how rafa will manage to keep hamann and nunez happy too.


meanwhile, garcia is now number 10 and alonso is 14.

i think nunez is more of a backup player, RB want him as a backup to rufete when he was at valencia
