Annoyances

I start a master league on extreme and seem to keep losing games to really stupid goals, and its getting me annoyed..Im a very good player of ISS pro evo 2, and cant seem to get going at the moment, ive praticed loads over the weekend.
And im even tweaking the formation and mentalities of my players.
Im using the default 3-5-2 formation, attacking arrows for all players excepts for my defenders who have defensive arrows and my DMFs who have no arrow at all.
I can play master league on hard and its just annoying that i cant seem to win on extreme at the moment, i know if i can get a good start then by the time the 3rd game comes then ill be able to buy players, eg mpenza, olisadebe (sp?) and so on..

Any more tips you could give me, excepts the ones ive found on this site will be very useful and much appreciated.

Try using a different formation and not a default one. Create your own by changing the player positioning. Instead of having 3 at the back when your first starting out, have 4.

If you think you can manage to create the chances and goals for yourself, make it much harder for the opposition by playing 4 at the back with 2 DMFs.

Im going to try a 4-3-3 formation, and see how it goes..its annoying to know that i can play with the default formation, ive done it before i won my first 5 matches and the rest went ok, but i cant seem to do it now! lol

i thought this was a general annoyances thread, i'm not trying to diss PES but over time there are little niggly things that do me head in! like the passback rule i've noticed sometimes when the comp passes it back the goalie picks it up or the ref not playing advantage come to think of it where is the ref! i know it's not important but having the ref on the pitch adds that little extra

I had that in the beginning aswell, you just have to really concentrate when defending, and as for the formation, i started with the default but it wasnt working so i went to a 4-1-2-1-2 formation. That got me to the 1st division( with real) Now my formation is 3-1-3-2-1 ( thats pretty much to accommadate all the stars ive got in the team now.

But just keep at it and youll get there.
