No referees or linesman at all during play.
Referee sometimes point to the spot to award a penalty though.

Smile Can't Transfer Players in Master League (japanese writing)
I am still having problems transfering players. Although I can transfer players for exhibition matches the changes I have made do not take effect in the master league which is what I am trying to do. Do you have any advice for transfering players inside a master league based on the points system. Step by step if possible. Seems I can highlight players and move them about to different screens etc but cannot place them into my club team. I am trying to transfer a player from Arsenal to Man City. Also, can I transfer anytime or are their transfer deadlines limits etc. Cheers!

In ML, I believe you have to wait until the end of the first season before you can make transfers. You definitely have to wait until the end of the first season but I'm not sure about the following seasons.


I'm guessing Robbie Fowler missed a few penalties.
Here's some advice! If you are playing as Wales, try as much as possible to win the match before it goes to penalties or they will miss the goal with most of their attempts and leave you wondering what happened. And then Rebus will take the Micky later on.....

Hear this, Robbie fowler 1:1 with the goalkeeper and he rounds him superbly, i tap the shoot button and it goes wide. He was steady and composed and i dont know what happened. i was playing against man utd just for a mess about and it went to penalties because of that. Upsteps fowler, he shoots.....

Oh it goes well wide of the mark. And his arrow was red!
