? for those who still play WE7:I PS2 (US)

Anyone have a good, fairly recent option file for the US PS2 version of WE7:I? The last one I've used was made the beginning of this year and doesn't have any of the summer transfers. Also, I've found option files like The Wolf's and Evo-web ones, but they are either for the PC version or the Japanese version. I found an editor, but when I save the file as a different version, it either has missing shoes or incorrect rosters when I use it with the PS2. I've looking for one that has mainly updated kits, rosters, and such with pretty much the default selection of teams. Could someone send me theirs? Thanks.

EDIT:
I found that by using WeOptEditor, the PC option files will work for PS2. The problem is that the boots are all messed up. All players have the wrong boots and some have no boots at all. Anyone know how to fix this without doing it manually? Thanks.
