 When I initially saw the title I thought you wanted us to bet on whether Chelsea or City will win the game I guess you're meaning which team will be less disciplined and receive more yellows...?

I suppose this is better than the actual game result because its very obvious who will win the game. This event makes it a bit more intresting.
