"the game is not properly installed"

Hi all.

I have unfortunately uninstalled pes4 by mistake cause the icon in add/remove programs was the same as pes3( what I wanted to uninstall).

I have tried to reinstall it but I have an error message at the end of the process : Error 1628 base script installation failed. But everything seems to be installed and when i try to lauch the game, it is said that the game is not properly installed.

I do not know what to do.I have tried everything I found on the web about error 1628 and i have tried to reinstall it a thousands time but the result is always the same.

Does someone have had this problem ?

Is PES 3 uninstalled?
I had problem with uninstalling PES3, and playing PES 4 demo.
So I uninstalled them both, and installed the PES 4 demo again.

I finally manage to get it work.

I deleted all entry in the register and used windows install cleaner as well as a defrag.

I tried to reinstall it.
During the installation, I've launched the task manager and noticed that there were two msiexec process : I ended one.

And boom, it works.
