You can buy extra balls at the pes shop or you can edit new balls in the game (but don't know how to do that)

OFF TOPIC: Did anyone else laugh when they saw the thread name?(immature i know but i thought it was funny )

If you want new balls in the game like the Metallic blue Finale then you need Graphics studio to import them.
