Experience dependancy

Hey Guys , I've got a question.

The amount of experience a player receives after a match is obviously dependent on his performance during the match, but how does this work?

Say if a defender would make a succesfull sliding, would his defence go up or something else.

And the amount of experience a player receives is obviously dependant on the players experience graph, so a player like Martins recieves experience fast, but Weah doesn't. Is this also dependant on the form the player is in?
Or say the overall ball possession your team had during the match?

Any other things that influence amount of experience gained during a match?

Thnx.

Me has disabled reputation

Experience goes up more when you play in big matches. Cup finals, WEFA championships etc

i've noticed on we8 that if a player does well on the post-game ratings (6.5 and above) his stats seem to go up more than someone who performs poorly (5.5), except that speed, jumping and response always go up slowly. Also, the curve has something to do with it, as does the rating (if above 90 already, for instance). this is just a theory and my impression comes from the "sound" of improving stats (seriously)
