Option Files with Swap Magic

Now when you've got the actual bin and cue files of a option file what do you exactly do with a playstation 2 using swap magic discs. I've tried burning them onto a cd with DVD decrypter and using the (cd) version of swap magic and it brings up a black screen with some white text in the top left hand corner. Looks like it's going to do something but just freezes there. I've read in some places that a CD loader is required.. is this true?

Has anyone actually got the option files on CD to work with swap magic discs? And what actually happens? What type of screen does it look like?
