Change from one player team to another before the play

I want to know how to change the team before play in a tournament, because I select for example ten teams to play with (10 of 10) and when one play with another, I can´t change and select the away team. Allways I must to play with the home team, an in the player controler (or something like that) I can´t change my controler to the away team. I want to put COM with the home team and my controler with the away team.

Somebothy can tellme if I can change that before play?

i dont think you can. but if its a simple case of wanting to be the other team when its human vs. human, just swap the controllers over. i guess i know what u mean though... u have a tournament where u wanna be all the teams, but u wanna choose who u play as against com..... well i dont think u can

I think you should be able to control any of the teams you originally selected to be human controlled. Other than that you should be able to choose how many humans play for this selected team but no changing around at will.

Yeah. When I have a play with 2 humans teams, I am only the home team, because I have one controler. But I want to change it moving to the right, and selecting the away team. I tried that but I can´t move my selection. I must play with the local team and the away team allways is for the COM.

This happens in a tournament (league or other plays that aren´t friend match), because in a friend match, I can change that (in the pre match menu).

have u tried putting the controller into slot 2? this might work...

oh, i thought it might of switched the coms around so the com was home.... bleh nevermind, i cant help then, i guess its impossible

I don't understand what it is you are trying to achieve.

You want to play a match as team A Vs team B and then you want to control team C to beat your previous team A?

What is the point?

No. If you have time, try this , please.

Start a championship (all but no Master League). Select 4, 5, or more than 2 teams and select all as a player team (I mean, it must say 4/4, for example).

Then, start the first game with ONE controller (don´t connect two controlers to your PS 2, only one controller). In the "before the game" screen, go to "player setup", or "player controller", or something like that. Then, you have a screen that says what player controls what team. The two teams are originally from players, but with one controller connected to your PS 2, you will be the home team, and the away team will be controlled by the COM.

So, try to change that. Move your controller to the right to get the away team, and put the COM to the home team. If you can do that, with ONE controler at the same time connected to your PS 2, you will be my hero.

I´m tryning to do that, but I can´t, or I can´t figure how to do it.

I think I explained all what you need to know about my problem (or my worry :confused: ).
