Help with proper freekick in PES5

I seriously need help with freekick, and people PLEASE dont tell me to search the forum, i searched it already, half of it was on PES4, the stuff that was on PES5, 90% of them says "search the forum for your answer, there has been this thread before", and some threads does have random tips, most of them i couldn't understand. I know there is a glitch where you use two player, L1+X, shoot with power, and it works 70% of the time, but it doesn't count as freekick. I would like to learn how to kick free kick. I tried to follow some instructions, and i tried to understand them and follow them for entire night up to 1am, didn't work. someone help me out.

I'd try and help but I play it on Xbox and buttons are different.

To be honest I find the best way if you're about 20-30m away from goal i get a left footer on the right side and vice-versa, then hold diagonally towards the top corner and press shoot until the bar gets about one third full, then as your player runs up press shoot again so it goes to about 2 thirds, it should get over the wall and be on target, either forcing the keeper into a save or flying into the net.

It looks easy for me to write it i know but for some reason it's easier to actually show somebody physically then explain it but i hope this helps slightly.

*if 20-25m~

a) choose fk player and stick w/ him
b) left foot on left side, right foot on right side
c) hold R2 and Down + curve
d) power around half, depends on kicker
e) while holding down (c) hold down X to add more dip

25m+

same thing except hold R2 + Up + Curve
Triangle to add lift or keep the ball up

thats how i finally learned how to score w/ FK and w/ a good player its pretty a gimme 20-25 in good position

I agree with ads.
The best way to take a free kick is to have a left footer take it on the right side and vice-versa. If you are 25m+ away from the goal, hold down forward to make it a screamer, from the left you should aim a bit left from the middle, and hold down left aswell ass forward to give it a slight curve to the left. Use this for the right side aswell, but then with everything to the right.
If the free kick is about 20m away from the goal, use the same technique, but then don't hold down forward.
If ther free kick is just outside the box, hold down back when you take the free kick.

Good luck

by + curve, do you just mean down curve or do i need to hold on and add curve to another direction?

Also, where do I aim? over the wall or corner where goalie is standing?

Personally, if I am to the right-side, use a right footed player. Start the shot a couple of feet to the right of the goal. I aim about half power for 20m and a little more the further I get out... and I hold downward direction and left (South West) if I close, or up and left if I am further out.

Just roast it from wherever you are, I've been practicing lately and i've realised that you need to take time over free kicks. Use Veron, I do, and he's a great fk taker, I score 95% of the time, and its not joke. In pes4, holding up and the curve direction used to work, but now I just hold the curve direction and it works... from anywhere. With the right amount of power you can score these fk's with no problems.
