Flag problem

Hi guys.
Iva made the kits already to insert another team to we7, but now i will insert the real flags for my team and there i have problems.

I have a very little image for the team selectios screen, a medium one i dont know what for and a big one for the kits and the flags in the crowd.

When i insert the smallest one for example, in the game (we7) my new flag is in the select screen looking perfect.
BUT, all flags of the other teams have very strange collers.
So only my new flag is looking fine and the others are looking very strange ...
The same with the medium and the big one.

Ive made 8bit bmps in photoshop and inserted it with the wemodcenter into the filedata.afs ..

which file is for the crowds?

It's because the images you are using use a different palette of colours to the existing ones and all the flags of a certain format (small, medium, big) share a palette.

You can export the palette and apply it to the image you want to use, or there is a much longer way, involving importing the image and taking the palette from the colour table etc...

hi to stop all other flags going diff colours you have to make up the flags with the pallette the others use and also make sure the background which the others use either white or grey is set at 0% transparency in we mod centre all mine have worked great
got all prem and 1st division working 100%

try to make badges with as little colours as possible that will let you put more in as space is vital with badges

But why 0%transparancy at the big flag?
If i make the grey background 100% transparant i only see the logo without the grey background in the game which looks much more better, or not?

just extract one from the .flg file with WEPicdecoder

Where can I find the .fla files? I searched in the demo folder but I cant find them.

I found something. The size I found was 256x256 can someone confirm that?
