Flacco looked like a Rookie QB in that one. Still, a great season for Baltimore.
I'll be rooting for Arizona too. Whatever happens, History will be made. Either the Cardinals will win their first ever Super Bowl, or Pittsburgh will win their 6th, and be leading the league (Dallas & San Francisco also on 5 wins). |

The Cardinals franchise the the 2nd oldest in North American sports to have never won the biggest prize in its sport.
The oldest is the Chicago Cubs, 100 years. |

Does anyone on this site actually play american football? I was looking into trying to join a team, but the closest team to me is the Birmingham Bulls, an they're in the top league ![]() |

![]() I think I'd make a good Cornerback. Right type of build, decent pace, good awareness (INT's!!!). Could handle Larry Fitzgerald easy. ![]() |

Is it just me that thinks the guys that "place" the ball for kickers aren't really proper footballers?

So where is everyone watching the superbowl? Planning on going to a pub/club/bar/somewhere?
Or just staying in? Or is it a radio job? I'm thinking of going down to my local sports cafe and catching the party there |

Last time I tried to stay up to watch while in bed, but failed through the last few possessions, gutted when I found out when I knew the ending. Will make more of an effort this time. What time is it this time?

I might just watch it for the spectacle, the Americans know how to market their sports.
