I have always used 4-42 and if in need of a goal i go 4-3-3 with one of the strinkers as like an attaking RMF. You get lots of space to put crosses in with that.

My fav formation has always been the 3-5-2 with two defensive mids. Now i've switched to a 4-1-2-2-1, that's a 4-3-3 with two ofensive midfielders and two SD'S and one striker. Works really good as has a strong defense because the two centerbacks and the defensive midfielder and also a great attack with three forwards and two mid's creating chances and good passes to the forwards.

I also like the 3-4-3 especially when facing human oponents.

According to:
1)The team abilities and which players I you prefer in the starting linup.
2)Your opponent ability and formation thus you may have some tactical changes.

Most propably I'll go for the classic formation 4-4-2 or 4-5-1 with some changes in the midfielders positioning or 5-2-2-1 in some matches when I do find myself in the lead and my opponent is very tough and is trying to score by any mean.

When the oponent gets tough i get a defensive strategy (i manage it manually) and also apply a counterattack strategy manually also. It works.

I do everything manually during the match as well, of course according to the match requirements.

4-3-3 is the easiest formation to play with, in my opinion, as long as you have two fast WGs.

Mine is 3-2-1-2-1-1 - 3 CBs; 2 WBs; 1 DM; 2 CMs; 1 SS; 1 ST.

Loads of arrows too.
