Flashing Players??
Sorry to start a new thread, but cant find this anywhere (not that I looked too hard!). When you have a throw in or a goal kick, why do 2 or 3 of the players 'blips' on the map flash? Does it actually mean anything? Help appreciated...

Oh, do you want more ladies in my sig, I know I do............

If You Press L1 U Can Change Theplayer Who Recieves The Ball To One Of These Flashers I Guess.

SH!T, really? I never actually tried that! Can anyone tell me if that is what happens? All I do at the moment is run my little chappy away from the throw so he can have it to feet. Nice if you can change players....

Players flashing on the rader is to show you where there are more than 1 player in that area. If 2 players get too close to each other, you can't tell them apart so it flashes to let you know.

For throwins, L1 changes the player you can throw to - usually a choice between only 2 players ( I think ).
Pressing Triangle will do a "through throw" into the path of the receiver.

He's right y'know! When you've pressed L1 the player in the opposite team that was marking your original player will sense your going to throw the ball to someone else and move towards him instead. Press L1 again quickly and change back to the original player and throw the ball to your now unmarked player. Lovely jubbly.........

the best way to annoy someone in PES is to repeditively watch the replay after u score... i almost got thrown out of a mates place after i scored from the spot and proceeded to watch the replay about 11 times...

Oh dear, it went horribly wrong. Only had time for a couple of games. he beat me on penalties in the first one and we drew 0-0 in the second!! I was too busy doing roulettes and trying to flick the ball up and volley it!!

Out of interest, how the hell do you catch up with the ball once you pop it up in front of you?? Just hold R1 as you do it?
