X360 - Pause game cheats???

This is getting annoying. For the 3rd time now, I've gone ahead against someone then they've just kept on pressing start until the game crashes. I sat there for ages but eventually had to turn it off and next time you go on you've got a disconnect against your name!! Ridiculous.

I've resorted to going Inter, but i certainly don't just run with Adriano, i actually pass the ball. Most of my goals are scored by the midfield. Only reason i started going Inter: A. I support them and B. gotta match Chelsea somehow. I'm sick of picking my other fave teams like Ajax etc and seeing other c*nts instantly pick Chelsea wanting to walk all over you. Pain in the arse. I no what you mean bout the modem pausing thing, guy did it to me today so i messaged saying he should quit cause i could wait all night. He had the nerve to message back sayin i was the one that had cheated even tho it was 12 mins on clock and i was 4-0 up so i very much doubt i would need to. These pricks should be permanently banned from Online play. Lets Fight the bastards lads!!

I happened to me few times... then lately whenever I saw a pause sign coming up I just keeps on keeping the ball until times up...

Anyway... I haven't been able to find opponents on the weekend...
is it the network or its just that nobody's playing...

Its easy to deal with the pause cheats, cos i have a shit lot of patience, i'll leave my 360 for as long as it takes and go play the pc version. The bastards will never beat me, specially if i have a good streak going... some guy did it to me last night but i explained that i was a member of such and such an organisation blah blah and he quit and messaged back making excuses saying he hadnt paused etc, his modem is fucked cos of his connection. So the tip is, if you know technical jargon, get them believing you are a techy

they usually shit it cos they know its a problem being investigated.

I have to agree this problem is getting ridiculas now.

I only bought the game today and have to say what an excellent game it is to play online against friends.

Then I thought I would give ranked matches a go ha ha, out of the 7 or so games I've played 4 have done the pause thing.

After the first I thought that the game had crashed so I restarted my 360, after the 2nd time I thought something was fishy, so I searched the net to see if this was a common problem and happened to stumble on this cool forum.

The latest one is still happening now lol, after 10mins he sent a message has it crashed your end?
I replied yes it has and have just found out on a PES forum that there is a pause cheat people are using and I hope that's not what's happened here as I was enjoy our little game.

He then replied I don't wanna quit it will *cough* mess up my rank.

Needless to say I didn't respond and have gone into appear offline mode, but he is still connected

, but I don't mind leaving my 360 on the rest of the weekend as I have another downstairs with another Live account.
I couldn't give a s*** about my ranking but now it's a matter of principle lol.

Now seems like a good time to have a look on this forum ha ha.

*Update* He's just quit, he only waited 25mins ha ha.
Safe to say he won't be wishing me a Happy New Year!

Yeaaahhh right!!! Get lost man. Dont give a rats ass about ranking.Just dont play against top teams,thats it!!
The most important prick is KONAMI,to allow it to happen eversince they started online play. They knew about it, they know about it after PES5 thousands of complaints about the cheat b**tards and still they released a PES6 full of bugs, that they were all aware of it, but still went forward selling it, just to avoid losing some market to FIFA (as if this was possible). Is time for people to realise KONAMI dont give a f*ck about us!!!

I've been Inter on the last two versions, ever since Betis went down the swanny and triple-tap crosses became less effective. Us Inter players seem to have a bad rep, but I pass the ball around. I skin the odd man too, but I never just try and run through the whole team.

Happened to me two times yesterday against the wee bastards. Its fucking sad that they have to resort to it, and is really spoiling the online play. Are Konami not even going to try and fix this at all?

I filed complaints against the two scumbags, but I doubt fuck all will be done about any of this.
