is there an option file with better players skills

im tire of going to everysingle player and edit their ability is there a good option file for that or what can i do if i don't like the player skill in the game cause i figure that they play and you can play better when they are on their 90s or 80s the game is more fun and much active they don't kick the ball up high in front of the goal
