I think the reason Hleb doesn't like shooting is because he has a pretty average goals tally. Over the last 2 seasons, he scored 2 for Stuttgart and 3 for us last season. It may be frustrating but the fact is he isn't very good at shooting! Rosicky on the other hand is, he didn't get a chance to yesterday because City had a 10 man wall in front of him. Rosicky will be much more effective in Europe this season as we'll play teams who will be looking to win and hopefully he'll play in the Pires role of last season just behind Henry.

Also, Reyes has apparently said he'll never play in England again.

Hleb knows how to shoot. I've seen him shoot for Belarus and score. I've seen him take a lot of shots for Stuttgart in the Champions League. He is a professional footballer for fucks sake - he should know how to half hit a ball! His shooting can only improve if he does it more often.

Reyes is an even bigger cunt than Cole. Cole has said that he would play when called upon, where as Reyes isn't going to play at all! The cunt.

It looks like Wenger won't sign anyone to improve the squad. I am feeling very depressed and I fear we will struggle this season. Our next match is against Middlesborough and I believe we will struggle to win, and we will struggle to win most games. We are two games away until we play Man Utd at Old Trafford. I can't wait...

i agree about not shooting enough, for example on wednesday, we got into some great positions but still tried to pass instead of shoot, we need to take more chances on goal and players like hleb rosicky and even henry should take them chances

I don't even think its just the shooting though. We try and play way too much down the middle ALL THE TIME. We never rarely spread the ball wide and when do like against villa balls are wasteful.. We technically might aswell play 4 centre midfielders.. I can't see why wenger bought helb if he isn't going to let him run an attack via wings

Oh...goo to see Lupoli get on the scoresheet at Derby..2 goals...but they still lost 4-3 I think...

Cardiff won against Birmingham...with Gilbert playing the full game (good to see him get past an ankle injury)...but not so good for Bendtner, Larsson who were on the receiving end of a 2-0 loss...you win some...you lose some...
