Problems Posting Video

hey, i have a problem posting a game compilation. i'm having a bit trouble understanding how to actually post the video in the forum. i have already posted in on consolegames.com, but now i need to post it here too.
would be nice with a more precisely guide,

If you have it on consolegoals, go to your uploaded videos and there should be a link to embed into forums which is exactly what you need.

Once you get that link, copy and paste it into a post and a video player should appear with your video inside it - similar to youtube.
