Watson WE9 PS2 V4.0 Option File

I've been a lurker for years now and finally decided to post. I hate to make a request, but I just picked up WE9 again today and have not been able to download the 4.0 file. I could only get Watson's 3.0 file; the 4.0 WE9 files are no longer available on the three posted web links. Could someone kindly send the Max Drive file to me in a PM or via email: jeremy.fields@charter.net. I've been thoroughly enjoying rediscovering the game again after many hours of frustration with the next gen (FIFA 08 and PES 2008; Euro 2008 is fun to play when playing CYC) games. I had a blast rediscovering Winning Eleven PES 2007 (PES6) on my PS2 using Milanista's And Mike's V4.0 file and would like to be able to fully enjoy WE9 again as well. Playing a couple of games today made me really appreciate the tough, competitive games that require precision the entire game; one bad pass can doom you. Please help...

hey can someone please email me the Watson 4.0 file to hevy_w8@hotmail.com, all of the links on this forum are too old now and don't work. i would like to relive some great games on clearly the best pro evo edition with my mates!
