Introducing Myself (All Read)

Hello all, I'm Phil, the new moderator of the PES 2008/09 Editing and Option Files section of the forum.

My number one aim is to make sure all areas of the section remain clean, making it easy for everyone to browse and hopefully find what they need as quickly as possible.
For that to happen, everyone needs to work together. The Editing forums are split into two sections for a reason. Editing/Option Files and Completed Files. It seems that the two are self explanatory, but threads still crop up where they shouldn't.

If you have any questions regarding an Option File for whatever platform, new kits, appearances, stats and the like, the "Editing and Option Files" forum is the place to post your question.

If, on the other hand, you have created an Option File yourself or come across one on another site, please post it in the "Completed Files" section.

If these two simple rules are followed, navigation of this section will be easy.

Also, could you please refrain from being abusive to other members of the board in this section. If an Option File is released that you're not happy with, by all means give the person feedback. Negative feedback if needs be, but don't make pointless posts like "Crap Option File. Won't be using." Posts like that will not be tolerated, as they are not helping anybody.

The same applies to when a member creates a thread that has already been touched upon by another person. Don't jump down their throats straight away and verbally abuse them.

I'll do my best to keep track of which threads should go where. If a "PES 2009 Appearances" thread appears in the "Completed Files" section, I'll move it to the correct place as soon as possible. Obviously, if everyone has read this post, things like that shouldn't happen.

Now obviously, I don't really want to start throwing yellow cards out to people, but failure to comply with the above rules could eventually lead to that happening.

Hopefully, now that you have all read the above, none of this will happen.

If you have any questions regarding anything you've read in the above, feel free to PM me.

Thanks for reading and I'll see you around the forums

-Phil
