Custom logo question

Hi, I have a question about making chest logo for my favourite team.



First a made it by using only one image inside PES2009, and when I transfered it to PC, it looked like this:



Then i figured if i add more stuff to the picture using photoshop, it should be displayed on PES2009 just like the old one. Then I edited it like this:



Then i went to Edit mode > Chest logo > Custom > Load > my image, and it looked like my new logo, but when it loads it, it's the old one again.

What should i do?
