I hate it when people talk about themselves in the third person. Also, people who call themselves "wacky" or "crazy" etc. I'm basically describing one of my work colleagues. She's always thinking out loud and if a group of people are having a bit of a joke and are laughing, she'll hear it and run over asking what joke is, hoping it's about her.

Also, I hate it when people reply with a deep "mmm" when you're telling them something. I don't know why, but it really grinds my gears.
