Pes 2009 North American Base Option File

****THIS IS FOR THE PS3 NOT THE 360 SORRY ABOUT THAT****
Last year i released a base option file for people to use to build better option files. There were people complaining about a lack of quality option files for the American users even though the game has not even been out 24 hours yet! that being said, yesterday I edited my fingers off and will again release my BASE option file.

*things I have done*

Corrected all fake names- Cups, Leagues, Players, Teams, National Team players
Corrected duplicate players in National teams
Did the EPL kits to the best of my ability with PNG's which I will attach
Updated Emblems for La Liga and EPL
For Arsenal's home kit. Since there is not a template to get it close to this years kit. I made the sleeves on the kit like last years! So the sleeves will be all white. this wasnt a mistake its how i wanted to do it

****FINAL VERSION*****
THE LA LIGA KITS ARE FINISHED!!!!! I ATTACHED THE FILE AT THE BOTTOM.

I got the kits as close as I could. I did not do the four teams that are expected to be licensed in the update: Ath. Madrid, Sevilla, Zalladolid, and Racing Santander...the rest are done to the best of my ability!

THINGS I WILL NOT DO, DONT PLAN TO DO, DONT ASK CUZ IM NOT DOING IT lol

TRANSFERS! I know its annoying to see berbatov at Tottenham still, but I believe we will get the 1.20 patch soon enough and I am not gonna do the work of doing all those transfers if Konami is fixing it and releases the patch say next week.

CREATING TEAMS! I could care less about Bayern Munich, the Bundesliga or any other teams, I dont have the time to create a team from scratch

* other miscellaneous things people may ask me to do...set boots for every player, make sure the captains are right on every team, making sure they play the right formation, or players have the right number.

It is a simple base file!!!

I AM PUTTING THIS IN CAPS SO IT STANDS OUT JUST FYI. THINGS I HAVE DONE FOR THIS VERSION

FIXED ALL THE TRANSFERS FOR ALL THE TEAMS (HOWEVER I DID NOT CREATE ANY PLAYERS!!!!)

ALL NATIONAL TEAM KITS ARE DONE...FOR THOSE I COULDNT FIND PICTURES OF I GUESSED...SOME I COULD ONLY FIND THE HOME TEAM OTHERS I COULDNT FIND ANY GK KITS...BUT THE PNGS LOOK GOOD

A BUNCH OF THE CLASSIC PLAYERS AND HIDDEN PLAYERS ARE UNLOCKED AND CORRECTLY NAMED

FIXED SOME PLAYERS NAMES THAT WERE WRONG

FIXED SOME NAMES ON SHIRTS THAT WERE WRONG

DID THE KITS FOR SEVILLA AND ATL. MADRID (ONLY 2 MISSING IS VALLODOLID AND RACING SANTANDER)

BAYERN MUNICH AND WERDER BREMEN TAKE THE PLACE OF WE UNITED AND PES UNITED...I DID NOT CREATE PLAYERS I MERELY PUT THE EMBLEM UP AND DID THE KITS FOR YOU...THE PLAYERS YOU'RE ON YOUR OWN

I DID NOT INCLUDE ANY CHANTS...I KNOW SOME PEOPLE WANTED THEM BUT I FIRMLY BELIEVE THE CHANTS I HAVE ARE MESSING UP MY PS3 AND I WOULD HATE TO INCLUDE THEM AND SCREW UP SOMEONE ELSES PS3 SORRY GUYS

THIS WILL BE MY LAST RELEASE YOUR ON YOUR OWN FROM HERE

****IMPORTANT PLEASE READ****

I NOTICED I MESSED UP THE PNG SAVES FOR THE EPL TEAMS I HAD TO REDO THE SAVES FOR THEM TO CREATE SPACE TO SAVE MORE PNGS...ALL THE KITS ARE FINE BUT YOU WILL HAVE TO COPY EACH FILE AGAIN SO YOUR BEST BET IS TO DELETE ALL THE PNGS AND START FROM SCRATCH...I KNOW ITS A PAIN IN THE BUTT AND I APOLOGIZE

Instructions (please read!)
-Follow link to download OF
-When downloaded on your cpu, should appear as a .zip file. (compressed data file)
-Get winrar or any unzip utility from the web (google search these)if you haventgot these already
-Go into chosen utility and Unzip downloaded file
-This should now appear as a ps3 folder, within that will be many uniform folders and a option folder
-Copy the whole ps3 folder and its sub folders, to a pc formatted usb stick
-Stick usb in playstation
-Under game menu in media bar om ps3 is a save data utility
-in this folder will be all your game saves for you games
-Delete all your existing pes edit data/kit pngs . (if you wanna keep your save cups/leagues/bal etc you can)
-at the top should say usb device (or similar)
-go into that you will see all the pes files (an edit data file, and many images of kits)
-press triangle on one and copy that to your ps3 (your main user profile on your ps3)
-repeat this for all the files
-These will now appear as they did on your usb, but now on your ps3 with all your other save games
-MAKE SURE YOU DEFINITELY COPIED OVER THE EDIT DATA AND DELETED YOUR ORIGINAL ONE OTHERWISE THE OF WONT WORK
-Load pes
-pes will create new user system data (unless you also kept your old system data which you can)
-Edit data will load automatically.....viola

If you do have any comments, find any mistakes from the changes I DID MAKE...let me know if there are mistakes or alot of them ill fix and release an update. I dont plan on doing an update for this file however.

You should wait konami update for usa version, becuase it will change some things or your option file.

it shouldnt make any changes to the changes i have made. all konamis update will do is update the rosters the 4 spanish league sides it will license and some other stuff. im not doing transfers or creating players because of the update, nor am i updating the 4 la liga teams that the update will fix...this option file is a base and should be ok once the update hits

i used your OF for pes2008, and it was pretty good, especially the new teams you created, which I think are a very nice touch to the game. Do you plan to do another one for pes2009?? In the meantime I will definetely use yours, mrgametight, it was definetely a great and very quick job!!! congrats!

mrgametight, just a stupid question, if we change the names of the folders from the euro OF BLES to US version BLUS, do you think it might work? I heard that the kits and uniforms are the same for bothe versions...

no they wont work i tried tirelessly last year to do so. it wont work this year either...it will just corrupt the file

for arsenals home kit...no one has been able to get it close and personally i havent liked the alternatives...so i made the kit like last years home kit with the all white sleeves...its not a mistake its how i choose to do it

ill just use yours and epl add chants, epl emblems if you havent, and put west ham's sponsorless kit if you havent, and a proper boltom kit unless yours is great. then send it to you if you want

not to sound cocky but i think i got bolton's pretty good, i have west hams sponsorless as well with the white box and i did add all the emblems for the epl and la liga already so they are set. i have chants on mine but didnt know if anyone else wanted them so i didnt include the chant pack with the download
