Question Midnight Club - Any good?
I believe Game are selling the new Midnight Club at a reduced price...

Question is - is it any good? Have both Xbox & PS3 so views on either format welcome...

I have it on Xbox and it's a very good game, the graphics are great and the gameplay is pretty much like the old midnight clubs just updated. Good customization mode, and good choice of vehichles, including bikes. Quite a large map to have fun on as well, and obviously a bit of fun with the cops.

At £24.99 that's available at Game, it's a bargain. I wish I waited for the price-drop though.

It is a decent game but as nick said, the graphics are poor to be honest, i have Need for Speed Undercover aswell and i much prefer that. The handling in the cars of Midnight Club is poor aswell.

I'd heard the new NFS was a let down? Empty road's and not half as good game play as Most Wanted on PS2..?

I agree about the handling, it still feels too arcadey and twitchy. I thought the graphics were good though.

I've also heard that the new NFS is a letdown and that Midnight Club was pretty decent but all the reviewers (if anyone does pay attention to them) agree that its way too hard! Other than that I hear its great

Well, purchased MC last night (effectively only cost me a tenner...), have to agree with Sean, the graphics are below par considering they used the same engine as GTA. After de-sensitising the handling, actually found it quite good to play. Certainly feels like previous versions... although I dont remember ever having a beat up Mk1 Golf before...
