K.1.N.G, about the ab belt. What I meant was use it as well as cardio, then you will see results. The belt helps tone the stomach, cardio helps burn fat around it.

at the gym earlier, did 5 minutes on the cross trainer
then i did 60 minutes on the running machine at 11 speed 11k in 60 minutes. My new gym routine, lower speed for longer. I dont care for getting fit anymore, what i did today would be sheer callories lost. Was feeling good Wouldnt of done it without my Ipod tho ! |

If you do use a treadmill, how much gradient do you guys use?
I've been experimenting with it recently and you can definitely notice the difference. I've had it going steadily up to 7% then back down again in half the time required to go up, typically 30 minutes incline then 15 minutes decline. I've felt to be improving quite a lot more quickly than just on the flat but I have no idea whether that's purely a placebo type thing.

Been a while since I've used the treadmills, I'm not a huge fan myself I usually go on the bikes.
Good session today, just working my chest. Put an extra 5 kilos on the bar for bench press. Bananas, good source for protein?

oh mayne...im sore today.
Did a session yesterday doing Lats, chest, bicepts and shoulders. Woke up and struggled to put on my jumper. I should of had an ice bath afterwards. Ive been doing my chest for a bit now and its come to the point where its not developing into pecs well...bit flabby at the bottom. Is there other excercises outside of benchpressing that will tone this?

My work out is mainly at home.
Ever since my sisters moved out in October, i moved into their room and turned my old room into amii gym. I have an excerise bike, Weights and a Tredmill & a Dumbell machine. My cardiovascilar endurance is at a good level so the tredmill i havn't been using alot. I have been doing the weights alot though and a few on the dumbell machine. I have a good diet too, i've cut out on the junk food and eat alot of fruit and veg and cut down on the size of my diinner. |

Aye, Mig. My boss has just got himself a £700 treadmill. TV, iPod dock, heart monitor, the works. It's even got a cartridge where you can get yourself different workouts online and import them to your machine via the cartridge.
Sounds fucking immense.
