In the light of me leaving my football team, I've decided to start doing morning jogs to keep up my fitness. I did one at like 7am a couple of Mondays ago and I felt amazing for the rest of the day. Disciplines the hardest thing I find.

Yup, discipline is the most important thing when it comes to getting fit. Although once you start getting into a routine it becomes a lot easier. To start with you have to force yourself to go. That changes once you start feeling the benifits.
I've cut down too on the drink which has helped me greatly.

Think I over did the weight on the bench this morning. Left shoulder isn't feeling too great.
Also did this fart this morning because nobody was around, then straight away this bird comes in and walks past. She must have got a whiff. It was pretty rotten.

Not much for fitness at a gym, lifting weights and all. I plan to start jogging soon but I'm going to gather some info first about the do's and don't's.....as well as some good shoes.
I have to really, running a marathon is on the do-before-you-die list!

I enjoy exercising and I enjoy having a drink. I don't see the problem in combining them as I'm doing it for pleasure rather than vanity.
I can't be arsed with doing weights in the gym either, with all these fat heads grunting and roaring. And farting.

Good although I could do with a spotter now when doing bench. I'm trying to test myself with more weight but I almost couldn't make the last rep. I guess I'll just do less reps for the time being.
I've become a tuna fan as it has a fair amount of protein so I'm eating quite a lot of it. I keep meaning to buy some protein powder but I'm being tight with money. I'm off to party for 4 days so it's going to ruin my workout schedule. Oh well at least I can get a tan.

There was a ridiculously hot chick that walked into the gym one time and im sure I was the first person to spot her so I looked to see if anyone else was eyeballing her. The whole place went silent and the sound of muscle churning and fat burning went up a few notches. Ive started a routine of doing morning jogs to the park and playing basketball for 30 Mins, then a few push ups. Thats all need. |

I remember kids at school drinking those milkshakes. They were nice, but quite thick. I didn't realise they were used for body building of part of exercise routines.
