According to many sources Paul Ince, Paul Merson, Teddy Sheringham and David Batty could be going to play in the Australian League next year. Whats everyones views to this????????

Pleasures not guaranteed in countrys of a different continent when it comes to football as is evident with Gazzas short lived move to China. Although some Rangers players have made it in Australia with the likes of Northern Spirit acquiring the services of the likes of Ian Ferguson.

I think it would be different for Australia. Unlike Qatar and co. where playes go for an easy pay packet I think Australian chiefs genuinely would like to raise the profile of the game and getting decent playes into the leagues would only help.
It worked with the MLS (eventually). |
