Hi,
Basically a normal broadband connection would be sufficient. But since you are living in Vietnam you should worry more about your ping times. In Europe they are about 50 ms max between for instance Spain and Holland. But between Vietnam and Holland it should be approx 250 ~ 300 ms.
This makes the game feel quite laggy. And there is not too much that you can do about it to be honest.
