PES: Your favourite player...

I was playing Pro Evolution Soccer 6 and 2009 the other day and I asked my mate 'Who's your favourite player in all the Pro games?'. This led to me thinking about mines and after about 2 seconds I realized it was this man, from PES6...

What couldnt he do? He scored most my goals and sets up the rest, shockingly brilliant in behind the strikers.

So, who would be your favourite player of all the Pro's to date?

Adrian Mutu in PES4 in JUVE. I started a ML - first match, Starting XI strikers were deafultly Trezeguet and Del Piero. I thought: "Del Piero will play another hundreds games this season, he is known quality - why don't I put Mutu in the first match to see, what he can do?"

...So i did it. He scored a HAT-TRICK in his first match of the season! In next matches he player also very well, some hattricks again - Del Piero became a bench-warmer . Mutu scored in one single season 50 GOALS in my ML Division (i tried him not to play much in the Champions League or Cup, there were another fine players to play - I had been sparing him for the League). Nice story, I have won a treble with Juve that season. GOD-LIKE Adrian Mutu.

Favorites? Been a few over the years.

In ISS Pro Evolution 2 it was Oliseh (hence my forum name) in the DM position - strong, good passer and with a wicked long shot - and also Dennis Bergkamp.

In the later series there have been Vieira, Henry, & Pires in particular - especially in PES 3, 4 & 5. Francisco Arce at right back was a favorite in the older games. But I've also picked up and developed a few "lesser" know players in the ML, such as Nilmar (in PES 4, I think), a Togo international in PES 5 or 6 (tall guy, could play CB and DM, think his name started with an A.), David Pizarro in PES3, Edgar Barreto in PES 5, Matuidi and Gignac in PES 8, and a host of others, many whose names escapes me. Micah Richrds was a rock at CB with Toure in my ML sides in PES 6 and 2008.

But from PES 5 and especially PES 6 on, Fabregas has been my main man - I would manage 15+ assists and 10+ goals in successive seasons with him easily. So I'll go with him.
