Konami!, stop making teams with low technical ability, slow aswell

All I'm saying is that on PES teams like Stoke/WBA are generally slower than those with higher technical abilities which isn't always necessarily the case. Players with poor technical ability can be quick but they're not as skilled with the ball. But Konami consistenty relate poor ability with slow speed , maybe becuase they feel speed ist the main aspect in PES2009 and bringing players up to a suitable speed would make the differences between good and bad teams blurred.
But in PES 2010 the focus is less on speed and more on the players individuality and ability so why not bring players on poor teams speed up.
All it needs is a simple stat fix
I'm not sure if I've explained this clearly but I hope Konami get the gist of it.

I agree to an extent, but it's more than just speed. In PES "bad" teams are beyond technical and tactical disadvantages, it's almost like all their players are retarded.

Yep, too many games seem to follow the same scenario over and over again. It's usually them mediocre teams with players that I call "ankle biters". Their only merit seems to be sticking around you like a bubble gum on a shoe. They only focus on defense and breaking up attacks.

The scenario goes as follows. The opposition plays a tedious game of ticking the ball to each other in the defence. Then one of them decides to kick a long ball. Usually it's followed by a ping pong game of headers between the opposition and my team with the camera spinning around like a whirlwind. Their attack usually comes to nothing and the moment they break up an attack it's the same story again.

At the end those teams get beaten most of the times, but I can't say I'm looking forward to such games that are, frankly, boring and predictable.

Yeah teams who lack star players or overall quality, can still have heart and passion and sometimes will try to take the game to the opposition. I think Konami need to judge each smaller teams mentality better and hopefully this new slider thing will help us to do this.
But on the contrary some teams like Bolton are one of those defensively unexciting teams, but other similar teams will try their best to attack.
Konami just need to find a balance here.

I agree with you there, dont you think its annoying that just because your playing with a below average team, almost all there shots go high and wide, especially one on on one, compared to fifa, when you be a crap team, they can still score one on ones when given the chance to

I'm sure Usain Bolt isn't great at football but you wouldn't put his speed any less than 99.

That's what I was getting at, should be 99 but probably wouldn't.
