Big Question can anyone tackle it?

well for me anyway.
Playing the patched versions of we brasil, wedoit serie a and ligue 1 (french patch) on ps2, when i set up a league, i get different scenarios.
With Brasil, you get day matches with a night game here and there, but only 3 full time results (the other fixtures say N.G). The same happens with the french league but with serie a all the games are at night, and all the results are given.
Anyone know why???
I do turn environment settings to on, but surely it doesnt pick up which league plays like which (starting times etc) do they?
anyone help?
