I'm replacing my XBOX 360 with a 120GB Slim PS3 only for Pro Evo!

I also have both, my ps3 is a glorified bluray player at the moment. Its incredibly weak online, the sub transfer of kits etc though is great. IMO if you have the cash fine, if not dont bother.

When I first started reading these forums a week ago the idea flashed across my head... 'maybe i should get myself a Ps3' but then all my mates have xbox's so I am going to stick it out... and with Daymos doing such a great OF I think I'll stick with my xbox360 for now

I just bought myself aps3 slim a week before pes10. I had 2 dump my 360 due to ring of death
Everythings great except the control. My hands are molded like E.T after an all nighter with the ps3 control.
Been looking everywhere 4 a stick on the control where the pad is. How hard can it be... sigh

250GB is totally uncessary, as is spending £285. I'm only just starting to fill my 20GB Xbox 360, a 60GB hard drive would be perfect, anything more is just stupid in my opinion.

I think I'll wait until the PS3 becomes sub-£200.

The only good thing about XBOX is that in my country you can get copy games for only 2 Euros while my PS3 games are all original ...

Good choice though .. PS3 is the best and you'll enjoy the easiness of PES2010 on the new console !

it's mainly the games that come with it i like, not the 250GB

Minus 2 £40 games from the price = £205 so nearly sub-£200 :S

Well my opinion as ive had a PS3 for a year now is its awesome.Youve got Bluray and Iplayer on it,the bluray remembers where a disc is if you have too switch it off and come back to it where you left it.Gran Turismo will be available in the next ten years also!Xboxs have been more popular because they are cheaper and thats been there only saviour.But how much money have Xbox owners saved having to go online?false economy.Youve chosen the right path.Enjoy!

I bought a 360 in 2006 and loved it. Decided to purchase a PS3 at the start of this year and my 360 is now gathering dust, hardly go on it. Thinking of selling it along with my Acer monitor that is hooked up to it.

With the XBOX you get loads of exclusive games. You do aswell on PS3 but Halo and the new GTA add on packs are good. + Now you have skyplayer on 360, project natal and about a million other new innovitive ideas. Paying £15 per 3 months for online is pittence so its not really an agurment that i have payed loads in xbox live fees. Microsoft kicks Sony's ass.

For Pes its prob better to play on PS3 but the graphics are more colourful and brighter on the 360 which i like more.

To be fair the point about the controllers, I've had my PS3 for nearly two years now, and the controllers are starting to wear, well I have two and have broken the R2 button on both of them - it doesn't spring back so well anymore.

Don't know if this is normal? Or do they all do that eventually? I do play on it quite a lot.
