Moving your own threads

Would it be possible to allow non-mods, admins etc. the ability to move their own threads to different forums incase they accidentaly post in the wrong one?

Yes, but in 99% of this cases people post in the wrong forum because they donīt know where to post it else and not because they post it wrong accidentaly
