help me please,,

1.did anybody know how to perform "step over fake" and "double lunge feint" trick with ease as shown in video. I can do other trick wih ease but very difficult to do this trick even using messi or torress.
did the trick same as ronaldo flip flap? but I can do ronaldo flip flap with ease.

2.from the video,how to lift the ball like messi do,why it is so high,is there any trick to do it?

sorry for my bad English and don't know how to put the video..

Oh please,somebody please answer my questions T.T...does anybody know how to do that trick easily. The trick that almost same with flip flap,but very difficult to do.thanksss pleaseeee

that's the only way to do the tricks, it only gets easier with practice.
