Problem: PlayerA1 appear in ML

Hi all, I am new here and i have searched the forum for a while and seems that my problem has not been discussed.

My situation is i previously edited some players not available in the original game (e.g.: Thomas Muller in Bayern, Clemente Rodriguez for Argentina etc.) using those PlayerA1 in Other League B Team A. But later i feel these players not needed so i reset them all back to PlayerA1, A2...A23 and so.

But my problem now is when i start over a new master league, after a season, there are some new players from the youth team named playerA1 appear and that annoys me. I know that if I haven't "touched" those PlayerA1 at all, they will not appear in ML and if i edit it, it kind of "activate" them in ML.

I just want to know is there a way to prevent those PlayerA1 to appear in ML in my case? My game version is WE2010 on PS3.

Well mate, I think you have to find an option file that replaces those teams with real ones. Since they exist, even if they not inserted in the ML, they will keep providing your youth with their players, like the national teams do and any other teams that aren't inserted on the ML. Or you can do it by yourself, what I think is pretty hard to do.
