I would mind seein' Duff tried up front. There's no pace in the attacking line and he done a good job for Ireland in the World Cup playing alongside Keane.

Then Robben can slot in on the left.

So Man Utd lose out to Chelsea.

I can't quite believe this though. First he goes on the record saying that he doesn’t want to play for Chelsea and that he’d only leave PSV to play for Utd (Robben Isn't Interested In Chelsea). Anyways… Man Utd were reluctant to pay the full price. The PSV chairman slammed Ferguson and Co for the ridiculous offer they made and basically called them a joke with the way they approached Arjen and the club (resulting in them becoming totally cut-off). So then he goes back on his word and opts for Chelsea. So much for loyalty, eh?

He is a good player who has enough potential. Left-Midfield is his position so what does that mean for Duff? Surely Chelsea can’t leave a player like Duff on the bench? And with the quality strikers that Chelsea have I really can't see DD taking one of their positions.

If the strikers keep going (or don't keep going, as the case may be) then I could see him getting a berth up front. Chelsea have practically bought PSV. So bring in Rommedahl too!!

Umm, Joe Cole is not a winger. Jesper Gronkjaer is shit, and Geremi isn't good enough. So the answer to your question would be yes.

ferguscum got what he deserved, he insulted psv and van raay with the 7 million euros bid while van raay wouldn't go any lower then 20 million euros and chelsea payed that amount

now chelsea get the best player in the world, sorry for duff but he will end up on the bench and hopefully replace mutu as a striker because mutu is pure crap
